My OPI Nail Polish is made in an assembly line. The machines are separated like division of labor in order to make the nail polish and put it into the containers. In a “two-roll” speed mill they put the pigments in there. When it is fully milled it’s removed from the mill and broken up into smaller pieces. They’re mixed in closed stainless steel kettles. This kettle has a water jacket to cool down the mixture. The machines and people are what they use as capital. The people are there to help control the machines and move them around. Each of the parts to nail polish like the glass container and the top with the brush comes from different places. Once they are ready they pump them into 55 small gallons drums and put onto the production line.
